Why didn’t I receive my email stats?

There are a couple of reasons email stats may not have reached you.

  • If the MLS number has changed for your listing, we will need to know this to update the tour so the stats will continue to be sent out.
  • If the end of the week also falls on the month end this may cause the stats to not send
  • The stats email is an automated function that some email clients (OutLook, gmail etc) may see as spam. Check your spam or junk box to make sure they didn’t get filed as such.
  • If your email address has changed we will need to know this as the stats are emailed to the email on file and displayed on your virtual tour
