New Design Template Orders

Important: the print deadline each week is Thursday at 2pm. So, if you need feature sheets printed for the weekend, please let us know asap when you place your order.

What do we need from you?

After you place your new design order, whether it be a feature sheet or postcard, you'll receive a "Design Information Request" email from our design department.

To design your template, we'll need all your correct information, pictures, headshot, logos, and any additional branding files.

Here's an itemized list of what info/ files we need to send to our designer:

• Highest resolution headshot and/or logo you have for the design

Revisions:

Please understand that to create your custom template, we can only reasonably include 2 revisions with our design services. If there are major changes requested after that, we will need to bill at $75 per hour for our design time, which is billed in 30 min increments (i.e minimum $37.50), so please be very clear about how you'd like it to look from the very start!

Timing:

Once we have all your info and files, we will assign your new template design to our external designer which usually takes up to 2-3 business days to create (depending on order volume). Then, once we have everything we need to create your custom feature sheet (photos and/or floor plan, MLS info etc.), our team will start the custom design process. We create the first proof only once we have all the required info/ files & do not piecemeal as the different components and files come into us. So, please plan ahead for the first proof to take 3-5 business days. Then, we'll send out your first proof & you'll have two complimentary revision rounds. Once approved, we will send it off to the printer with your preferred printing preferences. The final prints are usually ready the next business day (if sent in by 2pm the previous day).

So the first one can take awhile, however, once we have your custom template, the turn-around time for getting you the first proof is usually 1 to 2 business days from when we have all the required info.

Pricing:

Feature Sheet Pricing:

$55 - One time cost to set up your design template; takes approximately 2-3 business days for our designer to create
$45 - Custom Feature Sheet; this is the cost of each feature sheet order after you already have an existing template on file

So, your first order would have both costs ($55 + $45), but future orders would only have the $45 Custom Feature Sheet cost.

Bonus: every feature sheet order comes with 20 complimentary prints. Any additional prints are $1.10 per copy (standard paper).

Postcard Pricing:

$37.50 - One time cost to set up your design template; takes approximately 2-3 business days for our designer to create
$72 - Just Listed or Just Sold Postcard; this is the cost of each postcard order after you already have an existing template on file

So, your first order would have both costs ($37.50 + $72), but future orders would only have the $72 Just Listed or Just Sold cost.

Bonus: every postcard order comes with 100 complimentary prints. Any additional prints are $0.36 per copy (1/3 page) or $0.40 per copy (1/2 page). Please also note that print discounts are given for larger amounts of postcards.
