When will I hear from the photographer and/or floor plan technician regarding my appointment(s)?

Once the order has been entered into our system and internal tracker the appropriate photographer and/or floor plan technician will be in touch later the same day or the next to book the appointment(s) based on their schedules and what will work best for your client and yourself. If you have ordered a combined Virtual Tour and Floor Plan package, the photographer and floor plan technicians will do their best to book the appointment for the same time, depending on availability.
